Run in terror left coastians!

As usual, I'm bitter about the often terrible whether in my home state of Nebraska. So, when those who live in paradise get slapped with a little piece of my own meteorological hell, a little part of me rejoices. California got a tornado warning today, but alas, there was no destruction. I wonder how much of our national debt would disappear if that state vanished in some cataclysmic natural disaster?
