Articulate Aggression has been idle for a while, but we're back baby! I thought I'd start off light hearted with this BBC article about a snake fossilized in the act of killing a dinosaur and eating dinosaur eggs. Seriously, that might be cooler than this picture of a bear with a machine gun riding a shark.

Snakes vs. Dinosaurs!!!!

Well a snake eating baby dinos is not as cool as the bear surfing the shark. I am not surprised that it wasn't until the fossils were in the US that the discovery was made. I wonder what type of natural disaster could have killed and buried the snake in the nest moments before it eats a new born baby dino. So prehistoric snakes could not unhinge the jaw to eat very large prey? I find that a convincing find in favor of evolution. They were working on evolving into being able to swallow dino eggs instead of waiting until they hatch to eat them. Today we find them much more adapted to this just there are not any dinos anymore.
